  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s website or our customer support team.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed only for genuine quality issues, such as:
    • Damaged product during delivery
    • Defective product or incorrect item received
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include a photo of the issue for verification.
  • Opened, partially used, or custom products are not eligible for exchange.
